美宝烧伤膏对慢性难愈合创面患者疼痛程度及创面愈合时间的影响

The Effect of MEBO Burn Ointment on Pain Degree and Wound Healing Time in Patients with Chronic Refractory Wound

目的探讨美宝烧伤膏对慢性难愈合创面患者疼痛程度及创面愈合时间的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的慢性难愈合创面患者96例,随机分为两组各48例。对照组给予传统碘伏稀释液治疗,实验组在此基础上给予美宝烧伤膏治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,创面愈合时间、肉芽组织出现时间均显著短于对照组,治疗后的疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的复发率、创面感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美宝烧伤膏治疗慢性难愈合创面患者的效果显著,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间。

Objective To explore the effect of MEBO burn ointment on pain degree and wound healing time in patients with chronic refractory wound.Methods 96 patients with chronic refractory wound admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional iodophor diluent,and the experimental group was treated with MEBO burn ointment on this basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the wound healing time and granulation tissue appearance time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the pain VAS score after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the recurrence rate and wound infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions MEBO burn ointment in the treatment of patients with chronic refractory wound has significant effect,which can effectively relieve patients'pain and shorten the wound healing time.
