临床护理路径在脊柱脊髓损伤患者康复护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Spine and Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨临床护理路径在脊柱脊髓损伤患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的脊柱脊髓损伤患者88例,随机分为两组各44例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用临床护理路径的康复护理。比较两组的下床活动时间、住院时间以及术后日常生活能力、并发症。结果观察组的下床活动时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,术后3个月、 6个月的日常生活能力评分均显著高于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于脊柱脊髓损伤患者的康复护理中,能够加快术后康复,减少并发症的发生,改善患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in rehabilitation nursing of patients with spine and spinal cord injury.Methods 88 patients with spine and spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing with clinical nursing pathway.The out-of-bed activity time,hospitalization time,and postoperative daily living ability and complications were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization time and out-of-bed activity time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the scores of daily living ability at 3 and 6 months after surgery were significantly higher than those of control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway applied in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with spine and spinal cord injury can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the daily living ability of patients.
