细节护理在上消化道出血患者中的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Detailed Nursing in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的分析细节护理应用于上消化道出血患者中的效果。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年5月收治的上消化道出血患者72例,随机分为两组各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予细节护理。比较两组的再出血率、风险事件发生率、住院时间、护理满意度。结果观察组的再出血率、风险事件发生率均显著低于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理应用于上消化道出血患者效果显著,可有效减少再出血率和风险事件发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing applied in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 72 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of the control group.The re-hemorrhage rate,incidence of risk events,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The re-hemorrhage rate and incidence of risk events of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detailed nursing applied in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the re-hemorrhage rate and incidence of risk events,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
