摘要
为提高涂装环节的智能化及高效化,需研究先进的涂装智能车间。针对涂装智能车间的涂装流程重组、车间架构、工艺数据库进行研究。探索一个适宜推广的涂装智能车间运作模式,有助于提高生产效率,推动船舶建造向智能化发展。
It is necessary to study the advanced intelligent painting workshop to improve the intelligentization and efficiency of painting link.The painting flow reorganization,workshop structure,and process database of intelligent painting workshop are studied.Exploring an operation mode of intelligent painting workshop suitable for popularization is helpful to improve the production efficiency and to promote the ship construction to develop towards the intelligentization.
