数据赋能研究现状及未来展望

Research Review and Prospects of Data Empowerment

数据赋能是企业数字化转型的关键,数据及数据技术的发展推动了数据赋能研究,但已有研究存在概念混用、体系混乱等问题,阻碍了数据赋能研究的进一步发展。本文结合文献研究法,厘清数据赋能的概念基础,分析数据赋能的研究现状,并展望数据赋能未来的发展方向。研究表明,数据赋能概念的定义需要关注系统的整体性,基于国内情境的数据赋能研究的理论基础是资源基础理论和动态能理论,与信息处理理论存在理论相似,而基于国外情境的数据赋能研究的理论基础则是激励理论,并与包容性创新理论存在理论相似。最后,针对本土情境从基础研究、研究方法与模型和应用研究等方面对数据赋能未来研究方向进行展望。

Data empowerment is considered as the key to digital transformation of enterprises in the data age. The development of data and data technology has been promoting the research on data empowerment. However,there exists many problems such as mix-used concepts and chaotic system in data empowerment research,which have brought huge challenge to the further development of data empowerment research. By combining the method of literature research,it sorted out the conceptual basis of data empowerment,analyzed the research status of data empowerment,and forecasted its future development directions. The results indicate that the definition of data empowerment concept should pay attention to the integrity of the system. The findings also emphasize that the theoretical basis of data empowerment research based on domestic context is resource-based theory and dynamic energy theory and also has theoretical similarity with information processing theory,while that based on foreign context is motivation theory and has theoretical similarity with inclusive innovation theory. Finally,the future research directions of data empowerment were forecasted from three aspects including basic research,research methods and models,and applied research.
