洞庭湖生态经济区农业水土资源匹配特征分析

洞庭湖生态经济区各县域年均农业水资源量较多的地区集中分布在经济区东部和西部,北部和南部相对较少,各县域年均耕地面积较多的地区集中分布在经济区中部和西北部,较少分布在东部和南部,年均耕地面积较年均农业水资源量的等级分布相对均衡。洞庭湖生态经济区年均农业水土资源匹配系数的空间分布与年均农业水资源量空间分布趋于一致,东部和西部山地丘陵地的农业水土资源匹配程度优于北部和中部湖区。洞庭湖生态经济区应开展科学合理的山区丘陵水资源利用规划,改善农田水利灌溉设施,提高公众和企业节约水资源的意识以优化洞庭湖生态经济区农业水土资源匹配程度。

The regions with more annual average agricultural water resources in each county of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone are concentrated in the east and west of the economic zone,while the counties in the north and south of the economic zone are relatively small.The areas with more annual cultivated land area in each county are mainly distributed in the middle and northwest of the economic zone,and less in the east and south of the economic zone,the average annual cultivated land area is relatively balanced compared with the annual average distribution of agricultural water resources.The spatial distribution of annual average agricultural water and land resource matching coefficients in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone is consistent with the spatial distribution of annual average agricultural water resources.The matching degree of agricultural water and land resources in the mountainous and hilly areas in the east and west is better than that in the northern and central lake areas.The Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone should carry out scientific and rational mountain water resources utilization planning,improve farmland irrigation and irrigation facilities,and raise the awareness of the public and enterprises to save water resources to optimize the matching degree of agricultural water and land resources in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
