“高端备课”:基于课堂研究的备课新范式 被引量:6

“Advanced Lesson Planning”-A New Paradigm of Lesson Planning Based on Classroom Research

摘要 "高端备课"是倡导以科学研究或理论指导为核心的教研形式,是一种基于课堂研究的备课新范式。相较于传统的课堂研究范式,"高端备课"体现理论创新推动实践变革的价值追求;建立了专业研究者、教研员、一线教师三者通力合作的课堂研究共同体;基于课堂的整体性与动态性特征建构了交往与对话的课堂学习共同体;综合应用思辨研究、定量研究与定性研究等方法而形成实证研究的范式。"高端备课"建构以知识、教学、认识三大领域为支撑的课堂教学研究体系,引发了我国课堂研究范式的转型,促进了教师专业的持续发展和教师文化的转型,推动了课程与教学论学科的发展。 “Advanced lesson planning”advocates the teaching and research form with scientific research or theoretical guidance as the core,and it is a new paradigm of lesson planning based on classroom research.Compared with the traditional,the“advanced lesson planning”embodies the value of practical reform promoted by theoretical innovation.A collaborative community of classroom research should be established among professional researchers,teaching researchers and front-line teachers.A classroom learning community of communication and dialogue is constructed based on the holistic and dynamic characteristics.It comprehensively applies the methods of speculative research,quantitative research and qualitative research,and attaches importance to the paradigm of empirical research.“High-end lesson planning”constructs a theoretical system of chemistry classroom teaching supported by knowledge,teaching and cognition,and realizes theoretical innovation.It accelerates the development of teachers’profession and the transformation of teaching culture.It promotes the development and curriculum construction of chemistry curriculum and pedagogy.It leads and promotes the transformation of classroom research paradigm in China.
