木聚糖酶和果胶酶对小麦-玉米-豆粕型日粮的体外酶解研究 被引量:2

Effect of Xylanase and Pectinase on the Enzymolysis Efficiency in Wheat-corn-soybean Meal Diet by in vitro Method

摘要 该试验旨在通过透析袋体外酶解的方法,研究木聚糖酶和果胶酶对小麦-玉米-豆粕型日粮还原糖生成量、干物质和粗蛋白体外酶解效果的影响。试验采用单因子试验设计,木聚糖酶的添加浓度分别为10、30、50、70、90 U/g,果胶酶的添加浓度分别为3、6、9、12、15 U/g,每个添加水平分别设5个重复。试验结果表明:当木聚糖酶添加量为50、70、90 U/g时,还原糖生成量显著高于对照组和其它低剂量添加组(P<0.05);果胶酶添加量为12 U/g时,还原糖生成量显著高于对照组和3 U/g添加组(P<0.05);木聚糖酶添加浓度由10 U/g提高至90 U/g时,提高了还原糖生成量(线性和二次,P<0.05)和粗蛋白质酶解率(线性和二次,P<0.05);果胶酶添加浓度由3 U/g提高至15 U/g时,提高了还原糖生成量(二次,P<0.05)。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of xylanase and pectinase on the wheat-corn-soybean meal based diet using the in vitro enzymolysis efficiency of dry matter and crude protein,reducing sugar production as the response criteria.The different levels of xylanase(10,30,50,70 and 90 U/g)and pectinase(3,6,9,12 and 15 U/g)were added by one factor complete randomized experiment design to determine the optimal supplemental levels.The results showed that the reducing sugar production was significantly higher in the groups by the supplementation with xylanase for 50,70 or 90 U/g compared with that of other groups(P<0.05);when the added amount of pectinase was 12 U/g,the production of reducing sugar was higher than that of the control group and the 3U/g group(P<0.05);when the concentration of xylanase was increased from 10 to 90 U/g,the amount of reducing sugar(linear and quadratic effect,P<0.05)was significantly increased,so was the in vitro enzymolysis efficiency of crude protein(linear and quadratic effect,P<0.05);the increase of concentration of pectinase from 3 to 15 U/g remarkably elevated the amount of reducing sugar(quadratic effect,P<0.05).
