摘要
用调节中和联合混凝沉淀的方法处理铝材厂着色工艺产生的含镍废水。实验结果表明:用饱和氢氧化钙溶液调节含镍废水的pH至10.8,加质量分数为3%的聚合氯化铝溶液10 mL/L,搅拌时间5 min,镍去除率达到99.93%,残留浓度为0.0109 mg/L,远低于《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900–2008)的“表2”要求。同时,化学需氧量和色度的去除率分别达到了77.8%和75%。该方法具有工艺简单、处理效果好等优势,可大大提高废水回用率。
The Ni-containing wastewater discharged from the coloring process in an aluminum supplier was treated by the combination of neutralization and coagulation/sedimentation.The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of Ni reached 99.93%when adjusting the pH of the Ni-containing wastewater to 10.8 with saturated Ca(OH)2 solution,adding 10 mL/L of 3wt.%polyaluminum chloride to it,and agitating for 5 min.The concentration of Ni in the effluent was 0.0109 mg/L,which is far below the limit stipulated in Table 2 of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900–2008).The removal efficiency was 77.8%for chemical oxygen demand and 75%for colority.The method has the advantages of simple operation and good effectiveness,and can greatly improve the reuse rate of wastewater.
