行星销的调质处理

摘要 某风力发电装置行星销材料为42CrMo钢,要求进行调质处理。但行星销在进行先水后油的双液淬火时发生批量开裂。对开裂的行星销进行了理化分析,结果表明,行星销开裂是淬火工艺不当所致。为此,改变了行星销的淬火工艺,即在温度为20~36℃的12%~16%LQ311水溶液中淬火而不是水-油双液淬火,结果,成功生产了1129件行星销,质量均达到了要求,且无一件开裂。 Planetary pins for a wind-driven generator,made form 42CrMo steel,need be hardened and hightemperature tempered.However,a lot of planetary pins cracked during quenching first in water then in oil.From the physical and chemical tests it was identified that the planetary pin cracking was was traced to the fault in quenching.For this reason,the quenching practice was changed,that is,the planetary pins were quenched in a12%~16% LQ311 aqueous solution rather than in first water then in oil.As a result,1 129 pieces of planetary pins were successfully produced,conformed with the quality requirements,and none of them cracked.
