摘要
0Cr17Ni7Al钢弹簧在使用中发生断裂。对断裂的弹簧进行了化学成分分析、金相检验、断口分析及能谱分析。结果表明:弹簧的化学成分和显微组织均符合要求,但其近表面有夹渣,正是这种夹渣导致弹簧在交变载荷的作用下发生疲劳断裂。
0Cr17Ni7Al steel spring broke in service.The broken spring was subjected to chemical compositions analysis,metallographic examination,fracture test and EDS analysis.The result demonstrated that chemical composition and microstructure of the spring all conformed with the requirements,but there was slag inclusion near surface.It was the slag inclusion that resulted in fatigue fracturing of the spring under the action of alternating load in service.
