摘要
SKH-9高速钢衬板发生开裂。对开裂的衬板进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验及断口分析,以确定衬板开裂的原因。结果表明:衬板的钼、钒含量偏低,碳化物明显不均匀分布,磨削加工进给量较大而使其表面温度过高,这些因素的共同作用致使衬板磨削时开裂。同时提出了相应的预防措施。
Line-plate made of SKH-9 high speed steel cracked.The failed line-plate was tested for appearance,chemical composition,microstructure,and fracture,to identify the reason why it cracked.The results showed that the line-plate hade less contents of molybdenum and vanadium,and manifested evidently uneven carbides and excessively high surface temperature arising from larger grinding feed.By the common action of these factors the line-plate cracked during grinding.Some measures preventing the line-plate from cracking were put forward.
