摘要
为MBA学生讲授微观经济学课程既是经济学教学面临的独特挑战,也是突破传统教学方式的机会。与经济管理学院的其他学生相比,在为MBA学生讲授微观经济学课程时,教师所采用的教学方式大为不同。MBA学生普遍属于特殊的消费者,很多学生都拥有自己的公司或企业,因此他们在学习过程中普遍具有一般企业和生产商的心态特征。因此,针对MBA学生及课程的特点,在综合运用学习笔记、课堂竞争、案例分析等多种学习手段的同时,选择具有针对性的特定课程材料、提高经济学图表的视觉效果、结合实践体验讲授管理经验、以提高理解能力为导向讲授数学概念等,显得尤为重要。
Teaching microeconomics to MBA students is both a unique challenge to economics teaching and an opportunity to break through traditional teaching methods.The way MBA students are taught is different from those majoring in economics and management.As MBA students generally belong to special consumer groups,and many of them own companies or enterprises,they show the common mentality of entrepreneurs and manufacturers in their learning process.Therefore,with the integrated use of study notes,class competition,case analysis,it is more important to select targeted materials,improve the visual effect of economics charts,combine the practical experience in teaching and apply understanding-oriented methods to mathematical concept introduction according to the features of MBA students and curriculum.
