城乡义务教育整合对教师素质与教育环境的诉求

摘要 教育之本是教师,教师之本是素质。城乡义务教育整合阶段,教师在从事义务教育时,要彰显个性化教学。教育的师德是教师素质的灵魂。要提高教师素质,不可忽略教育教学环境的改善。城市新建义务教育学校应通过科学的职业发展规划,从专业发展提升、导师带徒传承、教育资源共享等维度,助力教师专业素质的提高,推动教育事业与时俱进,开拓创新,充分发挥义务教育阶段教师的应有作用。 Teachers are the root of education and excellent quality is the fundamental requirement for teachers.During the integration of urban and rural compulsory education,teachers should highlight personalized teaching.Teachers’morality is the soul of their quality and the improvement of teachers’quality needs better teaching environment.The newly-built compulsory education schools in cities should improve teachers’professional quality through scientific career development planning,inheriting tutors and apprentices system,and the sharing of educational resources so as to advance the educational cause with the times and give full play to teachers’role in compulsory education.
