肿瘤日间病房文献发表现状

Literature Publishing Status of Tumor Day-care Unit

目的系统分析关于肿瘤日间病房文献的发表现状,了解肿瘤日间病房的发展趋势。方法采用计算机检索肿瘤日间病房相关文献,采用文献计量学方法对文献进行分析。结果共有45篇文献纳入统计,发表在39种期刊上,文献数量总体呈上升趋势。研究单位分布在13个省、自治区和直辖市,多为沿海地区三级以上医院。文献研究内容以运行管理为主,其次是安全用药、健康教育和流程优化。论文的最高引用次数为19次,其中共有18篇论文的被引频次为3次及3次以上。研究受科研基金资助者3篇(6.67%)。结论肿瘤日间病房发展日渐成熟,但发展区域分布不平衡,质量安全有待加强,研究成果产出较少。

Objective To systematically analyze the status of literature published in the tumor day-care unit in order to understand the development trend of the tumor day-care unit.Methods Literature related to tumor day-care unit was retrieved by computer and analyzed statistically by bibliometric methods.Results A total of 45 articles were included,which were published in 39 journals respectively,and the total number of literature showed an upward trend.The authors came from 13 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and most of the research units were tertiary hospitals in coastal areas.Literature research mainly focused on operation management,followed by safety medication,health education and process optimization.The highest citation frequency of papers was 19,and 18 papers were cited 3 times or more.Three studies(6.67%)were funded by scientific research funds.Conclusion Tumor day-care unit is becoming more and more mature,but its regional distribution is unbalanced.Quality and safety of tumor day-care unit need to be strengthened,and research results are less.
