肇源县坚持“四项方略” 打赢农村饮水安全保卫战

Zhaoyuan County implements “four strategies” to safeguard drinking water supply in rural areas

黑龙江省肇源县近3年来累计投资近2亿元,大力实施农村饮水安全巩固提升工程建设,积极规划实施联网工程,推动“三个责任”和“三项制度”落实,率先启动实施农村饮水安全运行管理体制改革,建立落实了农村饮水安全社会化和企业化等长效管理机制,农村饮水安全步入规范化管理轨道,实现了“建得好、管得好、用得好”目标。

Zhaoyuan County in Heilongjiang Province has invested nearly 200 million yuan in the past three years,in order to upgrade rural drinking water systems,design and implement networking project,with measures of taking“three responsibilities”and implementing“three systems”,under the reform of operational and management system,and establishment of long-term mechanism for socializing and enterprising safe drinking water supply.This practice has stepped into right track for standardized management,and realized the objectives of project which should be constructed,managed and operated in an effective way.
