重庆市开州区在推进长江经济带绿色发展中,立足做好水生态文章,趋利避害、化危为机,大胆创新、大胆构想,将工程措施、生态措施、管理措施和机制措施统一起来,融入幸福河湖建设的方方面面和各个环节,打造了三峡库区幸福河湖的开州“汉丰湖样本”。

In the process of promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,in order to improve water ecology in Kaizhou District of Chongqing Municipality,innovative measures and concepts have been adopted that integrated measures of infrastructure,ecology,management and mechanism,and incorporate these into all aspects of happy river and lake initiative,so as to create“Hanfeng Lake Sampel”of“happy river and lake”in Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
