Diabetic retinopathy is a chronic progressive disease that affects vision and even causes blindness.By building a cloud medical remote service platform for grassroots hospitals and superior hospitals,medical records can be shared and difficult cases can be timely consulted.A hierarchical system of first grassroots diagnosis and treatment,two-way green channel referral,and up-down linkage should be implemented.And the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy should be strengthened so as to achieve the purpose of early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment,effectively control the disease progression of diabetic retinopathy,and provide a better technical platform and support for the reform of medical system.
