目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA管理工具在提高麻醉术前访视率中的应用。方法本研究采用描述性流行病学方法,研究对象为进入我院中心手术室的择期手术(排除日间手术),在各手术科室的护士站获取改善前2018年3月、4月与采用FOCUS-PDCA管理工具干预后的2018年7月、8月的麻醉术前访视成功例数;比较运用FOCUS-PDCA前后麻醉术前访视成功率变化情况。结果实施FOCUS-PDCA循环法后,全院麻醉术前访视成功率由23.97%提升至71.54%(P<0.05)。各手术科室的麻醉术前访视成功率均提高(P<0.05)。其中,妇科与泌尿外科的麻醉术前访视成功率提高最多。结论应用FOCUS-PDCA循环工具可以提高麻醉术前访视成功率,改善我院围手术期管理,保障患者安全。

Objective:To explore the application of FOCUS-PDCA management tool in improving preanaesthesia visit rate.Method:Descriptive epidemiological methods were used in this study.The subjects of this study were elective surgery(excluding day surgery)in the central operating room of our hospital.The number of successful cases of anaesthesia pre-visit in March and April 2018 before improvement and July and August 2018 after intervention with FOCUS-PDCA management tool were obtained from the nurse stations of each surgical department.The changes of success rate of anaesthesia before and after the application of FOCUS-PDCA were compared.Result:After the implementation of the FOCUS-PDCA cycle,the success rate of the hospital anaesthesia pre-visit increased from 23.97%to 71.54%(P<0.05).The success rate of anaesthesia pre-visit in all surgical departments was improved(P<0.05).The success rate of anaesthesia in gynecology and urology was the highest.Conclusion:The application of FOCUS-PDCA tool can improve the success rate of anaesthesia pre-visit,improve the perioperative management in our hospital and guarantee the safety of patients.
