摘要
目的调查我国基层医疗管理人员职业化培训现状及需求,为完善现有培训模式提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,从全国抽取六个市的基层医疗管理人员,采取网络问卷和现场访谈的方式获取定性和定量数据资料,并用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果共有基层管理者1332人参与调查,其中957名乡镇卫生院院长(副院长)、375名社区卫生服务中心主任(副主任)。53.13%的人认为培训效果较好。培训次数少、时间短、缺乏实践等问题较突出;而目前的培训需求主要为定期管理规范培训、一个月以内的短期培训,培训形式应以在职为主。结论在今后的培训中应增加基层医疗管理人员的培训次数,提高培训质量,采用案例教学与实践相结合的方式,解决资源分配不均等问题。
Objective:The current situation and demand of professional training for grassroots medical management personnel in China are investigated to provide theoretical basis for improving the current training mode.Method:The stratified cluster sampling was adopted to select the grassroots medical management personnel in six cities across the country.Qualitative and quantitative data were obtained through network questionnaire and on-site interview,and statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS 21.0.Result:A total of 1,332 grassroots managers participated in the survey,including 957 directors(deputy directors)of township health centers and 375 deans(deputy deans)of community health service centers.53.13%thought the training was effective.Less training,short time,lack of practice and other problems are prominent.At present,the training needs mainly include regular management standard training and short-term training within one month.The training form should be on-the-job.Conclusion:In the future training,the training frequency of grassroots medical management personnel should be increased,the training quality be improved,and the method combining case teaching with practice adopted to solve the problem of unequal allocation of resources.
