公立医院纪检监察工作面临的挑战和对策分析

Analysis on Challenges and Countermeasures for Discipline Inspection and Supervision in Public Hospitals

全面从严治党背景下,国家对公立医院党的建设提出了更高的要求。为了适应新形势,做好全面从严治党背景下公立医院的纪检监察工作,笔者分析了当前公立医院纪检监察工作面临的主要问题和挑战,从明确职能定位、找准监督重点、理清管理结构、用好激励考核、做好人才培养等五个方面提出了破解难题的思路和对策。

Under the background of comprehensively governing the Party strictly,the state has put forward higher requirements for the Party construction in public hospitals.In order to adapt to the new situation,and do a better job in strict Party discipline inspection in comprehensive public hospitals,the authors analyze the main problems and challenges faced by the discipline inspection and supervision in public hospitals,and put forward the ideas and countermeasures to solve the problems from the five aspects:clarifying the function orientation,identifying the key points of supervision,clarifying the management structure,making good use of incentive assessment,and cultivating talents.
