摘要
全国地质钻孔数据库作为我国重要的基础科学数据库,在科研和地勘领域都拥有着重要的重复利用价值。近年来,伴随着地质工作转型升级、信息化技术快速发展以及地质资料服务方式的转变,如何突破原有模式,保障数据库的持续更新成为了亟待研究解决的问题。本文通过分析数据库未来持续更新面临的多种困境,从实施原则、机制构建主体思路、组织实施等方面入手,阐述机制构建过程中要以服务促合作、成果转化为支撑,并努力纳入汇交流程,进而研究出适宜全国的地质钻孔数据库持续更新机制,保证数据库资源不断丰富,为提供更优质的社会化服务奠定数据基础。
The national geological borehole database is an important basic scientific database in China,it has important reuse value in scientific research and geological exploration.In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of geological work,the rapid development of information technology and the transformation of geological data service mode,how to break through the original mode and ensure the continuous update of database has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes various difficulties faced by the continuous update of database in the future,and start with the implementing principle,the main idea of mechanism construction,organization and implementation.This paper expounds that service should be used to promote cooperation in the process of mechanism construction,achievement transformation as the support,and efforts to incorporate the data collecting and delivering process,then studies out the continuously updating mechanism suitable for our country,ensures that database resources are constantly enriched,and lays the data foundation for providing better social services.
