基于目标管理的煤矿企业机关务实高效工作机制建设研究

工作作风作为一个队伍的精神底色,是一个组织精神风貌的直接体现。针对煤矿机关管理人员而言,其作为安全生产管理责任的主体,是链接领导层及执行层的关键层级,承担着上传下达、检查落实、协调反馈等重要作用,如何建立煤矿机关务实高效工作机制对矿井的安全生产起到至关重要的作用。鉴于此,本文以目标管理理论为研究基础,审视当前煤矿机关务实高效工作机制建设现状,基于目标管理分析问题产生的根源,着重从强化党建引领作用,夯实思想政治理论基础;加强学习意识,提升业务技能管理水平;完善责任制及追责机制,推动作风建设常态长效等方面对煤矿机关务实高效工作机制建设进行研究。

Working style,as the spiritual background of a team,is a direct embodiment of the spirit of an organization.As the main body of safety production management responsibility,the management personnel of the coal mine organ are the key level linking the leadership and the executive level,and plays an important role in uploading,issuing,checking and implementing,coordinating and feedback.How to establish the efficient working mechanism of the coal mine organ plays a crucial role in the safety production of the coal mine.In view of this,based on the theory of objective management,this paper examines the current situation of the construction of pragmatic and efficient working style of coal mine organs,based on the analysis of the root causes of problems in objective management,focusing on strengthening the leading role of party building,strengthening the theoretical basis of ideology and politics,strengthening the awareness of learning,improving the level of business skills management,improving the responsibility system and accountability mechanism,and promoting the normal construction of style long term and other aspects of the coal mine authorities practical and efficient work style construction mechanism.
