摘要
低品位金矿选矿技术是个难点,也是金矿开发过程中的一个重点,对大型-超大型韧性剪切带型的低品位金矿尤为重要。通过对云南西部某百吨超大型韧性剪切带型低品位氧化金矿直接氰化法、柱浸试验、全泥氰化试验及V1矿体、V2矿体、V3矿体非氰无毒堆浸半工业试验等工作,表明矿石浸出性能良好,工业利用方便,是优质的矿石类型,矿山开发前景较好。该选矿方法对周围同类型矿山的开发利用具有重要的借鉴和推广意义。
The processing technology of low grade gold ore is very difficult,also a key point in the development of gold mines,especially important for low-grade gold deposits of large-super-large ductile shear zone type.By the direct cyanidation,column immersion test,whole mud cyanidation test and Non-cyanide non-toxic heap-immersion sem-industrial test for V1 ore body,V2 ore body,V3 ore body,for the low-grade oxidized gold deposit of a 100-ton super large ductile shear zone in western Yunnan.It shows that the ore leaching performance is good,ease of industrial use,it's a good ore type,the mine development prospect is better.This method has important references and popularization significances to the development and utilization of similar mines around.
