急倾斜厚煤层硫化氢抽放工艺技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 硫化氢煤矿井下的有毒有害气体不容忽视的有毒气体之一,针对乌东矿区+575水平试验工作面开采扰动时涌出的硫化氢含量高的特点,开展了急倾斜厚煤层硫化氢抽放工艺技术研究,结果表明:煤体硫化氢抽放影响半径随抽放负压增加而增加;由钻孔硫化氢抽放浓度随抽放时间变化情况分析可以看出,硫化氢抽放浓度随抽放时间增加而呈现出逐渐减小的变化规律,且当煤体硫化氢抽放进行到13 d左右时达到一个相对稳定状态;煤体开展硫化氢抽放后硫化氢降低效率47.1%~55%范围内,显著地降低了煤体抽放后硫化氢含量。得出与+575水平试验工作面类似地质及开采条件下开采的工作面开展硫化氢抽放工作。 Should not overlook the toxic or harmful gases of hydrogen sulfide in the coal mine,one of the toxic gas+575 test for wu east mining area coal face mining Wells when the characteristics of high levels of hydrogen sulphide in the steeply inclined thick coal seam of hydrogen sulphide drainage technology research,the results show that hydrogen sulfide drainage radius of influence of coal is increased with the increase of drainage negative pressure;It can be seen from the analysis of the variation of hydrogen sulfide extraction concentration in the borehole with extraction time that the variation law of hydrogen sulfide extraction concentration decreases gradually with the increase of extraction time,and a relatively stable state is reached when hydrogen sulfide extraction of coal is carried out for about 13 days.Hydrogen sulfide reduced the efficiency by 47.1%to 55%,and the content of hydrogen sulfide decreased significantly.It is concluded that the working face is similar to the+575 test working face in geology and mining conditions.
