摘要
浓密过程控制具有复杂性,受不同条件限制,典型的控制方法往往达不到理想的控制效果。针对以上问题和浓密过程生产特点,本文研究的浓密过程优化控制分别从设备、生产和控制等三个层面整体实施,对浓密过程优化控制研究包括浓密机运行安全监测、浓密机内部状态预测和浓密机底流优化控制策略,工业应用效果良好,满足生产要求。
Due to the complexity of thickening process control and the limitation of different conditions,typical control methods often fail to achieve the ideal control effect.In view of the above problems and the production characteristics of the thickening process,the optimization control technology of the thickening process studied in this paper is implemented from three aspects of equipment,production and control.The optimization control research of the thickening process includes the safety monitoring of the thickener operation,the prediction of the internal state of the thickener and the optimization control strategy of the underflow of the thickener.The industrial application effect is good and meets the production requirements.
