摘要
针对布尔台煤矿42106工作面回采期间其辅运巷道(42105工作面保留巷道)超前段出现的强矿压显现,通过理论分析确定其发生机理,即受地质条件、采动影响以及巷道布置等多因素影响。在此基础上,为保证同等生产条件的42107工作面回采期间巷道正常使用,提出并实施顶板水压致裂技术,同时在42108辅运、42107辅运及42107主运对42107工作面实施定向水压致裂,实现围岩高应力的转移。实践证明,通过定向水压致裂技术大大降低了巷道超前支护段的矿压显现强度,保证了工作面的正常生产。
Aiming at the strong ore pressure in the advanced section of auxiliary transport roadway during mining of the working face 42206 in Buertai coal mine.The mechanism is determined by theoretical analysis,which strong ore pressure is affected by geological conditions,mining and roadway layout.On this basis,in order to ensure the normal use of roadway during mining of the working face 42107 that have the same production conditions with 42106,the roof hydraulic fracturing technology is put forward and implemented.Directional hydraulic fracturing is carried out on 42107 working face in 42108 auxiliary roadway and 42107 auxiliary roadway lead to the high stress transfer of surrounding rock realized.Practice has proved that the directional hydraulic fracturing technology can greatly reduce the apparent strength of strong mine pressure in the advanced supporting section of roadway.
