摘要
某露天采石场距当地电厂灰渣坝约500 m,距离较近,为分析采石场爆破振动对灰渣坝稳定性的影响,根据现场实测振动波结果,爆破振动峰值振速符合《爆破安全规程》的要求。依据爆破时程曲线,对灰渣坝进行动力稳定性分析,结果显示灰渣坝未出现液化区,动力稳定性安全系数符合规范规定。鉴于采石场距离灰渣坝较近的情况,采石场应进一步对爆破参数优化,减少爆破振动的持续时间,最大程度减少爆破振动累积伤害。
An open-pit quarry is about 500 m away from the ash dam of the local power plant,which is relatively close.In order to analyze the impact of the quarry blasting vibration on the stability of the ash dam,according to the measured vibration wave results on site,the peak vibration speed of the blasting vibration meets the requirements of the Safety regulations for blasting.The dynamic stability of ash dam is analyzed according to the blasting time history curve.The results show that there is no liquefaction area in the ash dam and the dynamic stability safety factor is in accordance with the specifications.In view of the fact that the quarry is close to the ash dam,the blasting parameters should be further optimized to reduce the duration of blasting vibration and minimize the cumulative damage of blasting vibration.
