基于高校校友资源的人才培养途径构建——以中国民航大学为例

The Construction of a Talent Training Approach Based on Alumni Resources of Colleges and Universities:Taking Civil Aviation University of China as an Example

校友资源是高等学校办学资源的一个组成部分,是高校拥有的无形财富之一,校友资源的合理利用能促进高校更深远的发展。本文从高校角度出发,通过明确校友资源的定义,调研高校校友的工作情况,提出利用校友资源拓展高校人才培养途径的构想,为高校利用校友资源完善人才培养的途径提出新思路。

As one of the intangible assets owned by colleges and universities,alumni resources refer to graduated students who use their own value to give back to their alma mater after entering the society.The rational use of alumni resources can promote the further development of colleges and universities.From the perspective of colleges and universities,by clarifying the definition of alumni resources,investigating the work situation of alumni,the idea of using alumni resources to expand the way of talent training in colleges and universities is put forward,and new ideas are proposed for colleges and universities to use alumni resources to improve talent training.
