摘要
社会支持视角下,学校、教育机构、同辈群体、非师范生、学习内容等构成非师范生考取教师资格证的社会支持系统。当前学校主体支持功能缺位、支持内容单一、非师范生自我支持灵活性较差等因素,不利于非师范生考取教师资格证。构建良好社会支持网络,对非师范生考取教师资格证具有重要意义。
From the perspective of social support,schools,educational institutions,peer groups,non-normal students,and learning content constitute a social support system for non-normal students to obtain teacher qualification certificates.At present,the lack of main support function of the school,the single support content,and the poor flexibility of non-normal students'self-support are not conducive to the non-normal students obtaining the teacher qualification certificate.Building a good social support network is of great significance for non-normal students to obtain teacher qualification certificates.
