摘要 目前医学专业学位研究生培养目标是以培养研究生的临床胜任能力为重点,使其最终成为合格的临床医师。因此,临床思维能力、团队协作能力和在临床情景中运用所掌握的实践操作技术能力以及医患沟通技巧是目前医学专业学位研究生培养的重点。吉林大学第二医院麻醉科通过探索与研究,引入了临床实践情景模拟教学模式,形成了具有特色的医学专业学位研究生培养模式。 The current training goal of professional degree medical postgraduates is to focus on training their clinical competence,so as to enable them to become qualified clinicians.Therefore,focusing on the cultivation of their clinical thinking ability,team collaboration ability and the ability to use the practical operational skills in clinical situations and doctor-patient communication skills is the inevitable requirement for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates at present.Through exploration and research,the anesthesiology department of the Second Hospital of Jilin University introduced a teaching model based on clinical situation simulation,having formed a distinctive training model for professional degree medical postgraduates.
