摘要
提升大学生核心能力和发展个人社会性是近几年教育界的热点话题。在培养大学生核心能力的背景下,社会性被重新定义和推广,这为培养大学生核心能力设立了更为精准的目标。虽然培养核心能力更重视大学生的综合素质,而发展个人社会性更关注大学生的心理健康,但二者存在逻辑联系。大学生核心能力与个人社会性目的契合、目标一致、手段交叠、各有侧重。提升应用型高校管理类专业学生核心能力,可以从个体社会性发展上找到突破口:加强高校全程育人体系建设,完善综合性的社会性课程体系,充分发挥第二课堂的社会化功能,健全大学生心理健康教育的社会性功能。
Improving college students’ core competence and developing their personal sociality have been hot topics in the education field in recent years. In the context of cultivating college students’ core competencies, sociality has been redefined and promoted, which has chosen a more precise goal for the cultivation of college students’ core competence. Although core competence pays more attention to comprehensive qualities and sociality pays more attention to mental health, they are logically embedded into each other. College students’ core competence and personal sociality are consistent in goals, with the same goals, overlapped means, and exclusive focuses. To enhance the core competence of management majors in applied colleges and universities, we can find a breakthrough in the development of individual sociality:strengthen the construction of the entire education system of colleges and universities;improve the comprehensive curriculum system of sociality;give full play to the socialization function of the second classroom;enhance the function of sociality in psychological health education for college students.
