摘要 随着社会的进步和互联网科技的不断发展,我们已然进入了数字化时代。在这个时代,国家和社会对教师及学生的能力提出了更高的要求。因此,教育要加快发展和改革,以适应新时代的发展趋势。高职院校在数字化时代的教育改革,关键在教师,因为教师是学生学习技能和知识的纽带,这也对高职教师提出了挑战。本文通过分析数字化、数字化教学及数字化教学的特征等相关理论,对高职教师进行正确的角色定位,并通过定位探究如何培养新时代的高职教师。 With the progress of society and the continuous development of Internet technology,we have entered the digital age.In this era,the state and society have put forward higher requirements for the abilities of teachers and students.Therefore,the development and reform of education must be accelerated in order to adapt to the development trend of the new era.The key to the education reform of higher vocational colleges in the digital age is teachers,because teachers are the link between students'learning skills and knowledge.However,the digital age has brought challenges to higher vocational teachers.This paper analyzes the relevant theories of digitization,digital teaching,and the characteristics of digital teaching,correctly orients the role of higher vocational teachers,and explores how to train higher vocational teachers in the new era through the orientation.
