The epidemic situation of COVID-19 has delayed the opening days of students.The period of online courses has posed new challenges to the work of head teachers.First of all,this paper analyzes the problems that may be faced by high-level head teachers in primary schools in this period,and then puts forward the ways to carry out the work of head teachers,in order to effectively reduce the impact of the epidemic on students'learning,psychology and other aspects.
