摘要
在过去几十年中,关于自闭症儿童语言障碍与特殊型语言障碍是否相同一直存在争议。本文通过回顾前人研究得出结论:尽管两类儿童在语言障碍的表现上存在相似之处,但存在本质区别。该结论有助于临床医生为这些儿童提供正确的诊断和适当的治疗方法。
It is controversial about whether language impairment in children with autism spectrum disorder is the same with specific language impairment.This study reviewed several previous studies and demonstrates that the language impairment in children with autism spectrum disorder is different from specific language impairment although there are overlapping phenotypes between the two groups of children.This study might help the clinician to offer correct diagnosis and appropriate therapy to the two groups of children.
