乳腺微创旋切术与传统手术治疗临床触诊阴性乳腺结节的效果

The Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Mastectomy and Traditional Surgery in Treatment of Palpation Negative Mammary Nodules

目的:分析应用乳腺微创旋切术与传统手术治疗临床触诊阴性乳腺结节的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的100例临床触诊阴性乳腺结节患者,根据随机数字表法将其均分为两组,对照组50例,观察组50例,分别行传统手术和乳腺微创旋切术,观察两组手术效果。结果:观察组50例患者中48例患者采取乳腺微创旋切术成功将乳腺结节切除,共切除病理标本115处,其中110处为良性病变,5处为恶性病变;对照组50例手术均取得成功,共得到病理标本124处,其中118例处为良性病变,6处为恶性病变。两组良性与恶性病理类型表现比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,手术切口及术中出血量均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床触诊阴性乳腺结节的治疗中应用乳腺微创旋切术治疗创伤小,术中出血量少,并发症少,术后恢复快,临床效果显著,值得推广借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive mastectomy and traditional surgery in treatment of palpation negative breast nodules.Method:From January 2015 to May 2019,100 patients with clinical palpation negative breast nodules in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group,traditional operation and breast minimally invasive operation were performed to observe the effect of the two groups.Result:In the observation group,48 of the 50 patients underwent minimally invasive mastectomy to successfully remove the breast nodules.A total of 115 pathological specimens were removed,of which 110 cases were benign lesions and 5 cases were malignant lesions.In the control group,all 50 cases were operated successfully,and a total of 124 pathological specimens were obtained,including 118 benign lesions and 6 malignant lesions.There was no significant difference between benign and malignant pathological types between the two groups (P>0.05).The excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Both the operative time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the volume of incision and amount of bleeding during the operation were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of clinical palpation negative mammary nodules,the application of minimally invasive mastectomy for the treatment of small trauma,less intraoperative blood loss,low complications,rapid postoperative recovery,clinical effect,worthy of promotion and reference.
