实施循证护理对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者产生的影响分析

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析循证护理对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者产生的影响。方法:将2018年1月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的140例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间将其分为观察组(70例)和对照组(70例),分别给予两组常规护理干预及循证护理干预,对比两组护理效果(心功能、血压、血糖水平及并发症发生率)。结果:观察组并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心功能、血压、血糖指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施循证护理,有利于强化患者心功能,稳定血压和血糖水平,降低并发症发生率,建议全面推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group (70 cases) and the control group (70 cases) according to the time of admission.Two groups were given routine nursing intervention and evidence-based nursing intervention,and the nursing effects (heart function,blood pressure,blood glucose level,and complication rate) were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of complications of the observation group was 2.86%,lower than 14.29% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The cardiac function,blood pressure,and blood glucose indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease is helpful to strengthen patients’ cardiac function,stabilize blood pressure and blood glucose levels,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is recommended to promote the application.
