中风偏瘫患者采取中医烫熨疗法联合中药穴位贴敷对改善上肢功能的效果分析

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ironing Therapy Combined with Chinese Acupoint Application on the Improvement of Upper Limb Function in Apoplexy Hemiplegia

目的:探究为中风偏瘫患者选用中医烫熨治疗+中药穴位贴敷治疗对其上肢功能的改善效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年8月笔者所在医院收治的62例中风偏瘫患者,选用随机双盲方式分为两组,各31例,试验组采取康复运动干预+中医烫熨治疗+中药穴位贴敷治疗,参比组采取康复运动干预,比较两组治疗前后疼痛评分和上肢功能评分。结果:治疗前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均低于治疗前,且试验组评分低于参比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组上肢功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均高于治疗前,且试验组评分高于参比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为中风偏瘫患者采用中医烫熨治疗方式+中药穴位贴敷治疗方式有助于改善其上肢功能。

Objective:To explore the the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing therapy combined with acupoint application on the improvement of upper limb function in apoplexy hemiplegia.Method:A total of 62 patients with stroke and hemiplegia treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups by randomized double-blind method,31 cases in each group.The experimental group was given rehabilitation exercise intervention method + traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment method + traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application method.The reference group adopted rehabilitation exercise intervention method,the pain scores and upper limb function survey scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in upper limb function scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),and the scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application for stroke hemiplegia patients can improve their upper limb function.
