兰索拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗绝经期反流性咽喉炎的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Lansoprazole Combined with Mosapride Citrate in the Treatment of Reflux Pharyngitis during Menopausal

目的:分析兰索拉唑联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗绝经期反流性咽喉炎的临床效果。方法:纳入2017年12月-2019年6月门诊治疗的200例绝经期反流性咽喉炎患者,随机分为对照组(n=100)与观察组(n=100),对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利联合兰索拉唑治疗。对比两组症状评分及反流时间百分比。结果:观察组症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组反流时间百分比对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组反流时间百分比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绝经期反流性咽喉炎患者应用枸橼酸莫沙必利联合兰索拉唑治疗后,临床症状缓解更加理想,且反流时间能够得到有效控制,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Lansoprazole combined with Mosapride Citrate in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis during menopausal.Method:From December 2017 to June 2019,200 cases with reflux pharyngitis during menopausal were enrolled in the experiment,and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=100) and the observation group (n=100).The control group was treated with Mosapride Citrate,and the observation group was treated with Mosapride Citrate and Lansoprazole.Symptom scores and percentage of reflux time were compared between the two groups.Result:The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,the percentage of reflux time was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the percentage of reflux time in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride Citrate combined with Lansoprazole for patients with reflux pharyngitis during menopausal,the clinical symptom relief is more ideal,and the reflux time can be effectively controlled,which is worthy of clinical reference.
