立新七针三联针法治疗膨隆型及突出型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Lixin Seven-needle Triple Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Bulge Type and Protrusion Type

目的:探讨立新七针中圆利针、毫针、大针三联疗法治疗膨隆型及突出型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年10月笔者所在科室膨隆型及突出型腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料,按照治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组采用牵引配合普通针刺方法治疗,研究组采用立新七针三联疗法治疗。比较两组临床效果及治疗前后疼痛情况。结果:研究组及对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、68.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:立新七针三联针法可有效改善患者临床症状,治疗效果显著,治疗成本低廉,值得在临床中应用及推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the round-sharp needle,filiform needle and large needle triple therapy in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation of bulge type and protrusion type.Method:From April 2016 to October 2018,the clinical data of patients with lumbar disc herniation of bulge type and protrusion type in our department were analyzed.All patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traction combined with ordinary acupuncture,and the study group was treated with Lixin seven-needle triple acupuncture.The clinical effect and pain before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 93.33% and 68.89%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Lixin seven-needle triple acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The treatment effect is significant and the treatment cost is low.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
