纳洛酮联合普米克令舒治疗新生儿肺炎的有效性及对新生儿呼吸动力学的影响

Efficacy of Naloxone Combined with Pulmicort in Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia and Its Effect on Respiratory Dynamics of Neonates

目的:探讨纳洛酮联合普米克令舒(吸入用布地奈德混悬液)治疗新生儿肺炎的有效性及对新生儿呼吸动力学的影响。方法:选择2017年11月-2019年4月在笔者所在医院治疗的新生儿肺炎患儿98例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49)。对照组给予纳洛酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合普米克令舒治疗,治疗10 d后,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治愈率为95.92%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、呼吸频率恢复时间、啰音消除时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后气道峰压、呼吸做功、气道阻力均低于对照组,动态顺应性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将纳洛酮联合普米克令舒用于新生儿肺炎患儿中能减轻患儿病情,改善患儿呼吸频率,提高患儿治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Naloxone combined with Pulmicort (Budesonide Suspension for inhalation) in treatment of neonatal pneumonia and its effect on neonatal respiratory dynamics.Method:Ninety-eight children with neonatal pneumonia who were treated from November 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group (n=49) and the observation group (n=49) according to the random number table.The control group was treated with Naloxone.The observation group was treated with Pulmicort on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared after 10 days of treatment.Result:The cure rate in the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 71.43% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The fever reduction time,cough disappearance time,respiratory frequency recovery time,and rabble elimination time of the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The peak airway pressure,respiratory work,and airway resistance of the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the dynamic compliance was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Naloxone combined with Pulmicort in children with neonatal pneumonia can alleviate the condition of children,improve the respiratory rate of children,and improve the therapeutic effect of children.It is worthy of popularization and application.
