中西医结合疗法在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的应用效果

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Acute Attack Stage

目的:探讨对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性发作期患者使用中西医结合疗法进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年2月-2019年6月收治的86例老年COPD急性发作期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和中西组(n=43),对照组采用常规西药治疗方式,中西组在对照组基础上联合使用中药治疗,比较两组治疗前后各项肺功能指标和血气指标,以及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组肺功能指标和血气指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组指标均优于治疗前,且中西组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西组治疗总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(76.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于单纯使用西药治疗方式,联合使用中药治疗可提升对老年急性COPD患者生命体征改善效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at acute attack stage.Method:From February 2017 to June 2019,86 elderly patients with COPD at acute attack stage in our hospital were selected as subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group (n=43) and the Chinese and western group (n=43),the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the Chinese and western group combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,the vcpulmonary function index and blood gas index before and after treatment and clinical effect of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in the pulmonary function index and blood gas index between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of two groups were better than those before treatment,and the indexes in the Chinese and western group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate (93.02%) in the Chinese and western group was higher than the control group (76.74%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with western medicine alone,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the effect of improving the vital signs of elderly patients with COPD at acute attack stage.
