超声引导下IINB在高龄无张力疝手术患者中的效果

Effects of Ultrasound-guided Ilioinguinal-iliohypogastric Nerve Block in Elderly Patients Undergoing Tension-free Hernia Surgery

目的:针对高龄无张力疝手术患者行超声引导下髂腹股沟-髂腹下神经阻滞(IINB)麻醉,观察应用效果及对VAS评分的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的高龄无张力疝手术患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规IINB麻醉,观察组采用超声引导下IINB麻醉,对比两组效果。结果:观察组麻醉后10、20 min MAP、SV均高于对照组,麻醉后20、30 min SVR均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同时间VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将超声引导下IINB麻醉应用于高龄无张力疝手术患者中有利于维持生命体征稳定,缓解疼痛,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To observe the effects of ultrasound-guided ilioinguinal-iliohypogastric nerve block (IINB) anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing tension-free hernia surgery and its effect on VAS scores.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing tension-free hernia surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the two groups,30 patients in each group.The control group received routine IINB anesthesia,and the observation group received ultrasound-guided IINB anesthesia.And the effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The MAP and SV of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 10 and 20 min after anesthesia,and the SVR was lower than that of the control group at 20 and 30 min after anesthesia,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at each time period,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultrasound-guided IINB anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing tension-free hernia surgery is helpful for maintaining the vital signs and alleviating pain,and is worthy of clinical reference.
