加速康复外科理念在甲状腺手术患者中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of the Concept of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Patients with Thyroid Surgery

目的:探究加速康复外科理念在甲状腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年9月-2019年9月收治的甲状腺手术患者120例进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用传统治疗模式。观察组采用加速康复外科理念。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组就医满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、引流管留置时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将加速康复外科理念应用于甲状腺手术患者中,能够改善患者心理状态,缩短住院时间,同时可提高患者就医满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with thyroid surgery.Method:A total of 120 patients with thyroid surgery admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected for study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional treatment mode.The observation group adopted the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The medical satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of hospitalization and retention of drainage tube in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with thyroid surgery can improve patients’ psychological state,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve patients’ medical satisfaction,which has high clinical application value.
