社区高血压前期人群应用聚焦解决模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Application of the Focusing Solution Model in the Prehypertensive Population in the Community

目的:采用聚焦解决模式对社区高血压前期人群进行干预,观察其对高血压前期患者的干预效果。方法:选取笔者所在社区2017年6月-2018年6月的高血压前期患者100例,根据随机数字表法,将其分为干预组(52例)及对照组(48例),对照组予以常规社区干预模式,干预组在对照组的基础上予以聚焦解决模式,干预1年后监测两组血压、血脂情况、高血压发病率及心理状态。结果:干预后两组血压水平均低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组,干预组高血压发病率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组血脂水平均低于干预前,且干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且干预组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压前期予以聚焦解决模式能降低高血压发病率,改善患者心理状态。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of focusing solution model on prehypertensive patients in community.Method:A total of 100 prehypertensive patients in our community from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the intervention group and the control group,including 48 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the intervention group.The control group was given the routine community intervention model,and the intervention group was given the focus solution model on the basis of the control group.After one year of intervention,the blood pressure,blood lipid and the incidence of hypertension of two groups were monitored.Result:After intervention,the blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,the incidence of hypertension in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the blood lipid levels of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The focusing solution model in the early stage of hypertension can reduce the incidence of hypertension and improve the psychological state of patients.
