摘要 目的:通过中医古文献挖掘分析古代治疗失眠的证型和方药规律,以期对失眠的临床诊治提供参考。方法:筛选整理《中华医典》中确诊为不寐病即失眠的条目,最终获得条文436条,方药127首。参照国家标准《中医临床症候诊疗术语证候部分》对证型进行规范化统一。结果:排名前三位的证型为心脾两虚、痰火扰神、肝郁气滞。失眠病位频数前三位为心、肝、脾。病理因素有气、火、痰、瘀。体质因素有气虚、血虚、阴虚和阳虚。排名前三位的方药为酸枣仁汤、温胆汤和归脾汤。方药主要以补益剂、安神剂和清热剂为主。结论:失眠的病位与心、肝关系较密切,虚、实并重。失眠的治疗方药主要以补益剂、安神剂和清热剂为主。 Objective:To analyze the ancient treatment of insomnia syndrome type and prescription law through the data mining of ancient Chinese medical literature,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.Method:The items of insomnia diagnosed as insomnia in Chinese Medical Code were selected and sorted out,436 articles and 127 prescriptions were finally obtained.The syndrome type were standardized and unified by referring to the national standard TCM clinical syndrome diagnosis and treatment terminology syndrome part.Result:The top three syndromes type were heart and spleen deficiency,phlegm and fire disturbing consciousness,liver depression and Qi stagnation.The top three frequency of disease position of insomnia were heart,liver and spleen.The pathological factors were Qi,fire,phlegm and blood stasis.The physical factors were Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency.The top three prescriptions were Suanzaoren Decoction,Wendan Decoction and Guipi Decoction.The prescriptions were mainly tonic,tranquilizers and heat clearing agents.Conclusion:The disease position of insomnia is closely to heart and liver.Attach importance to both the virtual and the real.The main prescriptions for insomnia is tonic,tranquilizers and heat clearing agents.
