培训-家庭康复训练对孤独症儿童早期康复效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究培训-家庭康复训练对孤独症儿童早期康复的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年4月-2018年10月收治的孤独症患儿60例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予早期介入丹佛模式干预,观察组在此基础上实施培训-家庭康复训练干预,比较两组康复效果。结果:观察组0~6岁发育筛查测验评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组早期介入丹佛模式评估量表等级除运动外,其他项目均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:培训-家庭康复训练有助于促进孤独症儿童早期康复,值得推广应用。 Objective:To study the effect of training family rehabilitation training on early rehabilitation of autistic children.Method:A total of 60 cases of autistic children admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given early intervention Denver model intervention,and the observation group was given training family rehabilitation training intervention on this basis.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The developmental screening test of 0 to 6 years old scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of early intervention Denver Model Assessment Scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group except for exercise,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The training family rehabilitation training is helpful to the early rehabilitation of autistic children,which is worthy of promotion and application.
