Objective:To study the effect of Ribapamide combined with traditional medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors and gastrin(GAS).Method:From January 2016 to November 2019,50 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage were selected. The patients were divided into the traditional group and the combined group with 25 cases in each. The traditional group was treated with Omeprazole and Glutamine, and the combined group was treated with Ribapamide on the basis of the traditional group. The clinical effects, inflammatory factors,GAS levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of the combined group(96.00%)was higher than that of the traditional group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and GAS in the combined group were lower than those in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(28.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ribapamide combined with traditional medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer with gastric hemorrhage is significant, which can improve the level of inflammatory factors and GAS in patients.
