中药联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效性分析

Effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨中药联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月1日-2019年12月31日收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者76例,将其随机分为两组,每组38例。对照组采取西药治疗,研究组采取中药联合西药治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率及Hp清除率。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为73.68%,低于研究组的94.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组Hp清除率为78.95%,低于研究组的97.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯西药治疗相比,采用中药联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,治疗总有效率更高,且Hp清除率更高。因此临床治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎可以采用中药联合西药治疗方案,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:A total of 76 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted in our hospital from January 1st 2018 to December 31st 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.The total effective rate and Hp clearance rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the control group was 73.68%,which was lower than 94.74%in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the control group was 78.95%,which was lower than 97.37%of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with western medicine treatment alone,traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is more effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and the Hp clearance rate is higher.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can be used to improve the therapeutic effect.
