中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗肺癌胸腔积液的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Closed Thoracic Drainage with Central Venous Catheter in the Treatment of Pleural Effusion of Lung Cancer

目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗肺癌胸腔积液的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月于笔者所在医院进行诊治的66例肺癌胸腔积液患者为本次研究对象,根据住院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,各33例。对照组采用传统胸腔闭式引流术治疗,研究组采用中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗。比较两组临床效果和并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的69.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.06%,明显低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肺癌胸腔积液患者采用中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗效果显著,可明显提高其临床治疗总有效率,且安全性较高,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter in the treatment of pleural effusion of lung cancer.Method:A total of 66 patients with pleural effusion of lung cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the sequence of hospitalization,they were divided into the control group and the study group,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional closed thoracic drainage,and the study group was treated with closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter.The clinical effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 69.70%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 6.06%,which was significantly lower than 27.27%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter is effective in the treatment of pleural effusion of lung cancer,which can significantly improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and has high safety and clinical application value.
